Driving range

Four-story driving range, Tokorozawa Kirin Golf Park

Probably driving ranges in Japan are different from those in Europe. The driving ranges in Japan are usually multistory facilities, at least two floors.

The reason of multistory is simple. There are more demands than in Europe. Therefore single floor facility cannot accommodate the huge demand. Then, not only on weekends, weekdays are busy too. Many facilities are open from sunrise and closes late in the evening.

Most of the customers are seniors who play at the golf courses just several times per year. Many facilities charge admission too.
