①The opening hours of the following Japan Rail pass exchange office will be changed from 01 June 2019.


Exchange Office name : View Plaza Yokohama Station

New opening hours: Weekdays 10:00～19:00　Weekend & Holidays 10:00～18:00　


②Temporary closure


Exchange Office name : View Plaza Aomori Station

It will be temporarily closed on May 31st. Please consult the JR ticket gate clerk at the station.
