If you are traveling to Japan by Business class or you are Gold or higher status of your mileage program, you should enjoy the airport lounge which offers high quality foods and beverage than in Europe.
Although European airlines do not have their own lounge in Japan, you can use their designated lounges just showing your boarding pass or your mileage program status and enjoy proper meal before your flight.
Just be careful which lounge to be used. Star Alliance member can use ANA's lounge but passenger of Air France which is Sky Team can use One World member JAL's lounge.
Also, many lounges can be used by non-members if you pay for the entrance. The fee is not so expensive if you stay a while in airport and have to eat something. Also, if you are Gold or higher status member, you can take 1 person with you for free.
