Japanese cuisine can be traditional one and also innovated one. Sashimi is the traditional dish, slices of raw fish and seafood, eaten with wasabi horseradish and soy sauce.

Then, sashimi can be combined with fresh vegetable and becomes the seafood salad; Kaisen sarada. If it is Kaisen sarada, the dressing is not based with soy sauce and wasabi but it is more western one with olive oil.

Kaisen sarada is a good opportunity for you to take a fresh vegetable and also enjoy the taste of Japan.
