Rabbit & Tiger (Usatora) in Nishi-Azabu, Minato ward, Tokyo has started to sell its own shochu, distilled alcohol made from sweet potato.
Rabbit & Tiger is a liquor store concentrated in selling excellent shochu and organic domestic and oversea products. The owner and the manager are from Miyazaki prefecture who both lived in Australia or UK are keen on selling products which they can trust.
The original shochu is made from distinct sweet potatoes, Red Haruka and it is named "You are my sweet potato" and the brand is sold exclusively by Rabbit & Tiger or its retailers from 20 November 2020.
